Ugly Betty : Will Betty Choose Gio?
Here is an excerpt from TV Guide about Christopher Gorham who plays Henry in Ugly Betty.
Ugly Betty’s Christopher Gorham tells TV GUIDE that he will be staying behind when the rest of the cast starts shooting in New York next season.
“The show is moving, I am not,” he said at the SKYY Vodka screening for “Sex and the City” on May 29. So what does this mean for Betty (America Ferrera) and Henry’s on-again, off-again romance? Though Henry came back to Tucson to propose to Betty, it doesn’t look like she’ll be accepting the ring, at least for now. But does that mean Betty will go with Gio (Freddy Rodriguez) on a date…to Rome? Stay tuned!
Gio has some weird plucked eyebrows. He looks like a drag queen. Is he gay? Anyway, I like Henry. It would be sad if he won’t be coming back. Who do you think Betty will choose?

Gio of course. Season 2 was written to give way to the new love interest of Betty. And I think they nailed it right. It´s been a long time since a show produced such a likable character. I expect more of him in season 3.
Plus Freddy Rodriguez is a tremendous actor and he´s in the spotlight with his upcoming projects. The show should think twice before letting him go. Rodriguez sells.
Now, on the fictional side. Gio, as a character really supports Betty and I think season 3 will focus on her career, a field that Gio fits perfectly. He is romantic, lively and funny. Betty is falling for him. And he can bring the fluff of romance, the witty advice of friendship, and the excitement of eternal quarrel (I love to see them trying to impose their opinion to one another), I don´t think Henry and his drama is even a “real” choice. In my opinion, the writers seemed to drop the whole Henry proposal in the finale for the sake of drama and cliffhanger. Betty as fiancee of a guy with a new born child will only drag the same plot over and over again. So, I am pretty sure she picked Gio.

Drag queen? Plucked eyebrows? I’m definitely not seeing what you’re seeing. This is one of the most masculine guys on TV. How many other 5′6″ men can you think of who would have women across the globe yelling at Betty to dump his tall, muscular, good-looking rival and pick him? (Which she will definitely do, though possibly not in Rome.)

i think Betty should choose Gio because they get along very well, and i can tell that Gio liked Betty from the start of the season. and the way he looks at Betty, you can tell he likes her. Hes well better then Henry because Henry has a girlfriend who is pregnant with his baby. Henry should get lost. and let Gio and Betty be together because they were destined for each other
And i think Gio is quit cute and handsome!!!!!!.
