Supernatural Season 3 Episode 9 : Malleus Maleficarum Promo Video
I have here a Supernatural promo video for you and a short episode teaser. I’m confused about the title of this episode. I thought it was Witch Hunt, but apparently Malleus Maleficarum is the official one right now. This episode will air on January 31. Enjoy!
Sam and Dean travel to Sturbridge, Massachusetts, and discover a coven of witches that has killed two people. Ruby warns the brothers to stay away as the demon controlling these witches is very powerful and will surely kill them. Ignoring her plea, Sam and Dean go in after the coven and confront the head witch, who reveals Ruby’s past.

Dijana Says:
Malleus Maleficarum is a Latin expression
Mallefica, ae, f - evildoer, witch
Malus, a, um - evil
So basically, that’s it.
Sounds better in Latin any way..
Though the accent while exorcising is pretty funny to those that studied Latin (Like me)

bart_potpot: I know, I love Supernatural too. I just can’t believe that CBS never promoted it as much as their other shows. Like now, they didn’t include it to their schedule, even if they’re just reruns. I mean it’s an excellent show with a stable fan base. They should have promoted it more.

Actually, it’s the name of a well-known book from the witch trial days. It’s Malleus (not Malus) Maleficarum, it means “Hammer of Witches”
