Three Strikes and You’re Out
Craig Mazin: “To me, a strike means a loss. On the other hand, some things are worth striking over, even if it means shooting yourself in the foot.”
Oh no! Because of the on-going U.S. writer’s strike, several of our favorite T.V. shows might be shut down for God knows how long. Bionic Woman already stopped production last Friday. There are rumors that Reaper might be next. Supernatural and Smallville already have a shut down date, it’s on December 5 and January 23 respectively. An article also quoted Peter Leitch, chairman of the Motion Picture Production Industry Association of B.C. and president of North Shore and Mammoth studios. Saying:
“His studios have three television shows, Psych, The 4400 and Kyle XY, that are in a shooting hiatus right now. “We are anticipating they are going to come back next year, but if the strike continues, who knows when they will start up again?” Leitch said.“
I really really really hope they would resolve this strike, because I certainly don’t want to lose Psych, 4400 and Kyle XY or any of my T.V. favorites. If they will touch my precious Heroes, I will go on a strike against the strikers myself. Heh.
Bring back our Shows!!

The old “we’re not being paid enough” complaint. The comment you said earlier is very true, the one about , if you give people a buck they’ll ask for 5, if you give them 5 they’ll ask for 10. People are never really contented, human nature I guess.
