Hawkins is trying to make Major Beck see that there is something amiss in the investigation. He told him that Sarah is a spook not a terrorist. He told Beck to ask Valente if Sarah Mason worked for the government, it’s either he’ll say yes and explain her involvement in the investigation or he will say no. If he says no then he should know that he had just stumbled into a government conspiracy that will stop at nothing to protect itself. Valente said no. So, Hawkins and Beck partnered up in the Sarah Mason investigation.

Goetz found the warehouse where they hid the vaccines, but found out that it wasn’t there. He called the J & R office but he was told that the vaccines are already in Cheyenne.

Major Beck went outside his chain of commands just to do what Heather asked him to do. That is, to help the people of Fall River, Missouri who was struck by the virus. I don’t know about you, but there’s something between Heather and Major Beck. Like there’s a romantic angle there. They have chemistry too.

Hawkins found a fax in Beck’s office that only he can decipher. Nobody paid attention to it because it’s just a bunch of numbers, but apparently it was a coded message. Hawkins deciphered it and called the number. When the man answered, it seemed that he was expecting Hawkins’ call and even know who he was. He wouldn’t tell who he was but he said he knew what Hawkins was trying to do and he wanted to help.
