Jericho Season 2 Episode 2 Recap, Spoiler and Screen Shots

As promised here is Jericho season 2 episode 2 recap. Episode 3 will be tomorrow’s post.

It was much better than episode 1. The cameras are better and they have more location scenes now. I hope it gets better every episode. But other than that, actors and plot are great. I have here the recap / spoiler and screen shots for this episode.

While Mimi and Stanley were having a romantic breakfast talking about how boring their new life is, a chopper flew in. It was the new “president’s” people telling Stanley (not asking) that the president will be giving his speech on their porch. Chavez and Hawkins.

Chavez and Hawkins planning their next move to take down the real terrorists. Darcy.

Major Beck ruined Hawkins and Chavez’s plans by sending Chavez out to secure perimeters. So Hawkins decided to improvise. He sent out Darcy to take a walkie-talkie. It turned out that his plan was to create a diversion by sending out the secret ops on a goose chase for a walkie-talkie instead of manning the control room. That way he can go in there and download the Cheyenne Government files.

Jake.

Jake saw Darcy swipe the walkie-talkie and followed her.

Hawkins and Jake.

He confronted Hawkins, but wasn’t able to get an answer because agents came in the bar to look for the walkie-talkies.

President.

The president went to see the mayor and Eric. He asked the mayor to represent their area for the upcoming constitutional convention. The mayor accepted.

See at the back, that’s Hawkins. He’s making a move after the agents called out a “crash condor”. Condor is their code name for the president, because he’s the biggest bird in the east.

Chavez and Jake.

Chavez being chased because they were caught. He tackled Jake and told him to find Hawkins. He slipped a paper in Jake’s pocket. It contains the password which Hawkins needed to open the files.

Alex and Jake.

Jake delivered the password to Hawkins and found out their plan. Inside the files were paper trails of where the bomb came from. The government claimed that the bombs were milled in North Korea, but the files contained the original results, that the bombs were really milled in Seversk. Which proves that the government lied about the attacks, but the bomb which Hawkins have is the hard evidence. Originally, Chavez was the one who was going to take this information out to Texas but since Chavez is incarcerated, Jake asked Alex.
