I Know Who Gossip Girl Is
There’s this craze about knowing who Gossip Girl is. This post proves it. Lately, there’s been a buzz going around that Gossip Girl is really
not a girl, it’s Eric van der Woodsen, Serena’s younger brother. Thanks to KMS for the heads up. You can read the article here. Apparently a source revealed this piece of information to the New York Daily News. We won’t get to know for sure though until this wretched strike is resolved.
I’m not sure how I feel about Eric being Gossip Girl. First of, it’s weird because he’s not even a girl. Maybe a girl at heart, but it’s still weird. What do you think?

When I heard gossip girl is actually Eric I though it sounded crazy at first, since he is a guy but if you think about it, it kind of makes sense. in someof the episodes you see eric in the ostroff center with his computer, and since he has time to write the gossip on gossip girl it makes some sense.

It’s way more likely to be Chuck than Erik. Because Gossip Girl was probably still writing those days when Erik was in the hospital unconscious after his suicide attempt.

its obviously not blair because gossip girl posts the thing about blair and chuck having sex and it cant be erik because he is always in the ostroff centre and wouldnt be able to see lots of stuff that gossip girl posts. i dont think we’ve met her yet because the voice over is done by kristen bell wouldnt it make sense that she plays gossip girl?

I read an interview/little thing where the author, von ziegesar or whatever said she really hadn’t planned for gossip girl to ever be revealed or actually BE anyone. GG is more of a device used to tell the story, etc.
i read the series always trying to figure out who it was, before reading that interview, and now watching the show it’s much cooler just to know it’s some random person.
GG kind of reminds me of Nik Richie on the dirty
